Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Bestar account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and pack it into its original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and schedule a convenient home pickup with our designated freight carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
